Harvest calendar
The olive tree is an evergreen tree that only has one harvest per year.
This begins in March with the green olive harvest, followed by the mulatto and black olives in May. Depending on weather conditions and crop management, the harvest can extend until the end of the year.
Olive products begin to be produced as soon as the harvest begins each year, starting in March. Consumer products such as olives and olive oil, if properly stored and preserved, can last up to two years, which is why we can guarantee that we can fulfill our customers' orders year-round.
