Extra virgin olive oil
Description
It is the juice extracted cold from freshly harvested olives using only mechanical processes, decanted and filtered for direct human consumption. The olives are ripe enough to ensure that the final product is free of defects in sensory analysis and has an acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of less than 0.80%.
