Olive pomace
Description
It is the byproduct obtained from the oil extraction process. It consists of ground and dried olive pulp, peel, and seeds. It can be ground to obtain a finer finish. To date, this byproduct continues to find uses, but the main ones include: - As a dietary supplement for cattle and pigs. - As fuel for boilers. - For making compost. - To add organic components to olive groves.
