Virgin olive oil
Description
It is the juice extracted cold from fresh olives using only mechanical processes, decanted and filtered for direct human consumption. The olives are ripe enough to ensure that the final product has few defects in sensory analysis and has an acidity expressed as oleic acid greater than 0.80% and less than 2.00%.
